My rating: 5 of 5 stars

In this book, Dreams to Reality (Part 1 - Introduction to Dream Planning), the author states that success, or lack of it, depended on: 1) conceive, 2)believe, 3)receive, and 4)achieve. These four guide words become a mantra for the reader.

Part 1 and Part 2 of Dreams to Reality puts you on the path to 1) conceive, 2)believe, 3)receive, and 4)achieve. Then, Part 3 is all about the reader creating “a published dream script in the form of a 10–40 page book authored by you.”

Author Debra Nelson says that the “process alone will bring you to the brink of your dream. When you read, recite, and visualize your dreams using your personally published dream story, you will find it an invaluable tool and a powerful and effective attractor of your dreams.”

This is a serious “self-help” formula that I believe could actually make a reader’s dreams come true, IF they seriously followed the instructions of the author. In my opinion, this book often reads like “The Power of Now” or “A Course in Miracles” — which one should consider as a “good thing.” After all, “The Power of Now” and “A Course in Miracles” did positively transform thousands of lives!

* Wikipedia describes “a mantra” as a sound, syllable, word, or group of words that is considered capable of “creating transformation.”

Good book for the individual that is new to Social Media and Blogging. “Inbound Marketing” covers the essential topics in clear and easy to understand manner that is easy to read. If you already have Facebook and Twitter accounts and you know about Digg and other bookmarking sites, this may not be the book for you. Since the authors clearly know much more in-depth information than what is shared in this first book; I hope they get around to writing a second one for people with more social media experience.
